The CyberLEARN range of products has been specifically designed to be deployed over a number of mediums. This allows your learning solution to be easily accessible to all your employees at the most critical times.
Intranet
Keeping your learning solution on your own internal network provides you with the ownership and control you may require for your content especially for competitor sensitive material. Your own intranet will generally be faster than the internet due to better throughput and less traffic. For this reason, intranet deployment is generally a valid solution for distributing CyberLEARN material, even our more media intensive content products such as SuperLEARN. Having your content on your own servers is also the most efficient way of getting future modifications or updates to content re-deployed quickly.
Internet
Hosting your learning solution on either a CyberLEARN web server or with a third party internet service provider is a great way to make your content available to a wide audience without the additional costs of setting up and maintaining the required hardware. Internet deployment is ideal when you want to distribute your content beyond your own employees, for example to your clients and/or channel partners. Internet deployment is a great way of getting your CyberLEARN material to everyone who needs it, wherever and whenever they need it.
CD-ROM and DVD
An old school but still very effective way of distributing your content is via disc. Either computer based CD-ROMs or television based DVDs can make your CyberLEARN content come alive and have the mobility to be taken to all kinds of remote areas. The high speeds of these formats allow high intensity media such as full motion video and audio to be incorporated into your learning content without any concerns of performance degradation during delivery.
PDA
Mobile learning or mLearning is becoming a common term within the learning industry. This involves the provision of training to learners regardless of where they are located. Now your employees don’t need to be at their desk or even at a computer to complete their mandatory training requirements. They might be travelling to a prospective new client on a plane, commuting to work on the train or they may be on the factory floor, next to the piece of machinery they are being trained on. Mobile learning brings the content to the learner, where they most need it or where it is most convenient for them. With a variety of high quality, mobile devices currently available, running CyberLEARN content on portable devices such as Personal Digital Assistants (PDA) is a reality today.
